Request to keep my speed at 50mbps

Hello All,

I had purchased a try and buy 50 mbps plan.

I recently go a message that the bandwidth will be lowered to 16mbps.

And after checking the internet speed it show 16mbps only.

I would like to continue with 50 mbps.

Can you please change my bandwidht to 50mbps again.

Hi sachinnadgouda2,

when your DSL connection has been updated it may be, that your bandwidth had to be throttled to a lower one. Regularly, after 3 months, this regulation can be reset. You can find more information in the letter you received from us. When it is technologically necessary to throttle the connection, we have no ability to change this.
