Hi Team,
I have taken a vodafone DSL connection a month back and still the installation was not done. I am unable to work from home due to this issue.
My registered tel number is +49-1757***
I received couple of messages to confirm the appointment date and I updated on 21st April. But I havent seen your guys yet.
Please could you look into this resolution as soon as possible!!!

Thanks for respoding.
I have brought this new connection from MediaMart. So I am unable to fetch my customer number yet. Looks like my email Id is written incorrectly in the system.
I only have my registered mobile number *** for which I recieved couple of SMS. PFA.

You will find your order number (ARC...) in our e-mail. Also I need your customer password.
If you can not find the order number, please send me your name, address, date of birth and last 4 digits of your IBAN via PM.
