I am experiencing a lot of variation on the download speed and very slow upload speeds for more than 2 weeks now.
Posting here some of the information that I saw was required:
Which contract do you have - Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable
Which modem/router do you use? - The one provided by Vodafone, serial number is ***
Do you use a loaner device from us or do you have your own device? - I use the device provided by Vodafone
What is the error? - Slow internet speed
How is your terminal with the modem connected? I am connected by LAN cable directly to the modem
Which browser do you usually use? Chrome
Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows 10
Start and period of the disturbance? From the 7th of September and still ongoing
In which state do you live? Currently living in Berlin
