Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable modem @ internet symbol keeps on blinking no internet

We got our cable modem this Thursday, but it's not connecting to internet and the @ light keeps on blinking rapidly. Accessing the modem shows: "Status: In progress", it's been like that since Thursday. We have checked a billion times, but the setup is correct.
I wasn't able to find an English speaking customer service number anywhere.

Can you please help me
