Seit voriger Woche habe ich immer wieder Internetbrüche und Telefonstörungen. Habe schon x-Mal die Hilfen durchlaufen, jedoch bleibt das Problem bestehen. Habe eine Meldung erhalten, dass eine Rückwärtsstörung vorliegt. Leider kann ich kein Störungsticket buchen, weil da gar nichts erscheint und ich habe schon alles durchsucht um eine Störung zu melden. Dann war ich endlich auf der Seite, dann ist die Verbindung abgebrochen. Telefonisch kann man einen Störungsdienst leider nicht erreichen. Irgendwo ist jetzt meine Geduld zu Ende. Weiß mir jetzt leider keinen Rat mehr. Hoffe es kann jemand helfen.

Ein durchgehendes Arbeiten im Netzt ohne Unterbrechungen nicht möglich. Sehr langsame Verbindung.

Wie ist Dein Endgerät mit dem Modem verbunden? W-Lan

Welchen Browser verwendest Du normalerweise? Edge, Chrome

Welches Betriebssystem hast Du auf Deinem Rechner? Windows 10

Beginn und Zeitraum der Störung Seit ca 14 Tagen massive Störungen, vorher gelegentlich.

Lade dazu noch einen Screenshot von den Signalwerten hoch. Diese findest Du in der Benutzeroberfläche Deines Kabelrouters
über 192.168.0.1 bzw. über 192.168.178.1 bei der Fritzbox.
Welche Maßnahmen wurden durch die Störungshotline (erreichbar unter 0800-5266625 für Vodafone Kabel Deutschland
bzw. 0221/46619100 für Vodafone West) durchgeführt?
Bis jetzt niemanden persönlich über die Hotline erreicht. Nur die Ansage, dass es eine Rückwegstörung gibt und diese
am 14.11. behoben wird. So lange kann und
will ich nicht warten. Konnte auch kein Störungsticket erstellen, dann die Verbindung getrennt wird. Die Hilfsmasnahmen habe
ich schon gefühlte 100 mal durchgeführt. hat leider nichts gebracht.
