Problem with internet signal

Hello,

I've received the VodafoneStation on the 23.11.2021 and set it up on the next day.

Since them, my internet hasn't worked due to some signal problem arriving at my address. It works for a few minutes and it drops.

A third party technician from IMT sent by Vodafone has visited me on the 26th and he couldn't access the location on my building he needed to.

Because of that, we have scheduled for the next possible date (29.11.2021).

Still no sign of the guy and will be 01 week soon without internet connection.

Then I will have just a few days to test the speed and stability before ending my 14 days trial-period.

I would like to get this sorted this out soon, please.
