Since yesterday, the internet in our home is not working. The modem displays a red light indicating
that there is some problem in the Vodafone network. Can you please help us resolve this problem ?

My internet Kabel is still not working. I have to do work from home and there is not any internet since 2 days. Could you please look into it.

as we have your details from a previous post I could already look into this. There is an open task that was assigned to a return path disrupter. It seems your line was taken off the net to investigate the source of the disrupter. A technician takes care of it, you will be informed by an SMS when the task is closed.
