Hi Jens, It is DSL connection.
I am using the TG3442DE router provided by vodafone.
The speed is not constant, videos freeze and voice calls drops everyday.
Edit: @raoz87 It is a Cable router. Move to Cable board. VG, Sebastian

Hello, I got a new DSL connection this month for internet. Within the first week, Vodafone called me and said that the connection is not great, so they sent a technician to check it out. The speed is good after the technician worked on the line, but very unstable. My previous internet provider never had a problem and never had a drop in over a year. In regretting switching to Vodafone. Can you fix this, please?

what kind of modem and which connection do you use exactly?
And what do you mean by poor connection? Are there disconnects?
Do you use WIFI or a connection via LAN cable?
