Paketverlust und Unterbrechung der Internetverbindung alle 30 Sekunden

Hallo,

Tarif : Red Internet & Telefon 50 Kabel

Bitte entschuldigen Sie Fehler.

Hi shylock,

I got your message, thank you very much.

Was the last speed test via LAN or W-LAN?

If you are connected via W-LAN, is it with the 2.4GHz or the 5GHz W-LAN?

The signal values at your connection look very good, there are no impairments to be seen.

Many greetings, Martin

Good Morning Martin.

>What is the last speed test via LAN or W-LAN?If you are connected via W-LAN, is it with the 2.4GHz or the 5GHz W-LAN?

The last speed test was done with WLAN (2.4GHz).

>The signal values at your connection look very good, there are no impairments to be seen.

That is strange. I don't know what else to try (Cannot try LAN because my laptop doesn't have the LAN port. Or may be I will have to order a dongle)

Hi shylock,

since there are still no impairments, I would like to replace the cable router.

Would that be okay with you?

Best regards, Martin.

Sure. A router replacement is OK. I hope that fixes the issue.

Thanks a lot for the support Martin.

Hello shylock,

I just set up the router switch.

You will receive the new device within the next 3-5 working days.

When you receive it, please connect it as usual and send us the old device back.

Best regards, Martin

Thanks Martin. I will respond here again when I receive the new router and set it up. I hope the instructions (address and packaging expectations) of how to return the old device are provided in the same box as the new one. If not, can you please tell me if there is some link where I can get that instructions.

Hello Martin,

I received the device and connected it. My video calls are much better now. Thanks for the help. I will send the old device back to Vodafone.

Do I have to pay for shipping the old device to Vodafone?
