Paketverlust und Unterbrechung der Internetverbindung alle 30 Sekunden

Hallo,

Ich habe große Schwierigkeiten, von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten, weil die Verbindung ständig unterbrochen ist. Es ist unmöglich, Videoanrufe entgegenzunehmen, da die Verbindung alle 30 Sekunden unterbrochen wird.

Ich habe einen Geschwindigkeitstest auf der Vodafone-Website ausprobiert und es zeigte sich, dass es ein Problem mit der Verbindung zwischen Modem und meinem Laptop geben könnte. Ich habe einen Screenshot davon angehängt.

The last speed test was done with WLAN (2.4GHz).

That is strange. I don't know what else to try (Cannot try LAN because my laptop doesn't have the LAN port. Or may be I will have to order a dongle)

I hope the instructions (address and packaging expectations) of how to return the old device are provided in the same box as the new one. I received the device and connected it. My video calls are much better now. Thanks for the help. I will send the old device back to Vodafone.
