No internet from 24 OCT. No idea what should I do, or when is gonna be fixed

As the title says, I'm out of internet from yesterday, I did reset the router, factory reset, check the cables. etc. I open also a ticket, and now I wait.   Can you tell what is the curent status? as me and my wife, we both work from home, we need fast and stable internet.
