Hello,
I'm writing in English, cause my German is quite bad. About 2 weeks ago I signed a contract for the internet. About a week ago, before the Christmas I received a router. I connected it to the socket, but it was not working. I tried calling a hotline, but it's available only in German.
Today I came back home from Christmas and I noticed that:
a) I received an email "Ihr Vodafone Kabel-Anschluss ist bereit" stating that my internet connetion is now active and asking me to install my router in next 5 days
b) internet is still not working
Can someone help me solve this problem and connect to the internet?

Hi Marek,
is there any LED blinking at the router? Have you checked the cable connection? Are all cables plugged in tightly?

Hello, I still don't have an internet connection.
Techican visited me in January, but was unable to install the internet, cause there was no internet signal in cables. He said that he needs to schedule an appoitment with housemaster to get an access to the basement. I was told that I'll be informed about a new appointment, but so far noone has reached out to me.
Can you help me, please?
