No internet - Modem Status In Process

I’ve had working internet for the last few months. On Thursday my Landlord had a technician “reset the power” in the basement and after it came back on 10-15 minutes later, the internet has stopped working. I’ve been without internet since and have tried resetting and everything. The landlord insists that it has nothing to do with them, but I suspect that they messed something up with the internet cables in the basement. Does anyone know a fix for the Modem Status : in process or do I need an appointment with a technician?

Hey Jrod747,

are you using a dsl or cable contract?
Which exact routermodel are you using?

A lot of issues can be solved by a reset to factorydefaults.
Therefore i need to know the exact model.

Hello Andre,
The model is CH7466CE. I’ve done a factory reset and multiple normal resets/ unplugging cables. I believe I have a DSL contract as it’s only for internet.
