Hello,
Yesterday. I have received my router from Vodafone for cable internet. First I entered my activation code on vodafone page. Then, I configured the router and tried to connect to the internet. It is seen no internet on the router. Still no internet is avaible. Is there any other activation needed to use my internet? Or What is the problem with my internet?
I could not talk with the techic service, my deutsch is not good, I have just move into country, I could not talk with live operator from customer service number. How can I solve this issue?

Is the router connected directly to the cable socket with the supplied cable?
