Hello,
I am a new customer of Vodafone DSL and have a problem with the initial setup of my FRITZBox or the establishment of a DSL connection.
The supplied FRITZBox 7430 can not establish a DSL connection. Even after several reboots and reset to factory settings, the Power / DSL LED continues blinking.

I have tried everything that the FRITZBox error support and therefore checked the wiring several times.
What else I can try?

You say that you have a new DSL contract. Has the technician already been to your house to activate the DSL access?

Yes I tried to configure my access with MIC but it resulted with the error below. Is it possible to create a ticket for this issue? I cannot contact to callcenter since I can't speak German well.

did you check the cables already?
Because the technician was there an check the line, we only can send you a paid technician.
