New service - no internet after install

Hello, I just got my installation box and I set it up per the instructions. There is no internet and I checked the modem online and it says its offline. red light blinking, nothing. I tried resetting it too.

I called the tech support but I do not speak German so no luck.

Can someone please help? I have no way to speak to Vodafone and they won't let me email them either.
