New customer, starter pack received - no internet connection

Hi,

I am trying to reach an opertor because I received the starter pack for my intenet connection but it doesn't seem to work.

I connetcted all the cables and tried to connect. A red light keep flashing without any progress.

I was willing to talk with someone from vofafone but, as I don't speak german, for me is impossible to pass to reach an operato with the normal customer lines.

Any suggestion to fix the internet problem and/or to rach an english speaker from vofadone?

I have to solve this problem asap since i need the connection to work. If it won't be possible I have to withdraw my contract with vodafone.

Please help me.
