Hello,
I've new dsl connection ,which is showing as "Active" on My vodaone website. The router's diagnostic page says that the DSL cable is not connected (of course it's connected). I tried the steps from " DSL checklist", and did a hard reset. When I'm trying to activate the router, it does not detect the DSL is connected...Please help !

Did you open a technical ticket already? I guess we have to order the Telekom to fix this.
If you opened the ticket my colleagues get back to you via phone or SMS.
