New Broadband Connection Signal Problem

I have new broadband connection. After setting up the router, the rounter is giving the red light blinking. Could you please arrange technician visit.

to check your modem and send a technician if necessary I will need the following data :

- your customer number

- your full address

- the date of birth of the contractual partner (if that's not you)

- the MAC address of the modem

- a phone number that can be used for making an appointment.
