DSL - Fritz box 7430. Not able to restart internet after netzmodernisierung, i cant reach english speaking customer care executive.

I have new MIC but i cannot open fritz.box user interface and hence not able to set up new MIC.

Please help

please connect your laptop via LAN cable or WIFI with your modem und use this link to access the modem menu: http://fritz.box

Alternatively you can use http://192.168.178.1 or http://169.254.1.1

You now can start the assistant that helps you set up the modem.

If this does not work I need to kno where exactly you are having problems and if you see an error message etc.
