My router doesn't work

Hello,
I tried yesterday to connect my router, but there was no internet, the power button led was blinking and never stopped even after waiting for more than a day. Is my contract active already? I did the activation on the Meinkabel-kundenportal yesterday.
If not can I have a technician to help?
Please note I don't speak German that's why I contacted you through email.

it seems like your modem does not connect to our infrastructure. Therefor a technician is needed at your place. I will order him. Please send me your name, address and customer number by PN. Please also let me know here if you have sent the message.
