I received the modem last week but the internet led keeps blinking. Do I need to ask for a visit of a technician or do some online activation?
I also received a letter with the activation code and I already did the registration with 'Kabel Deutschland' option.
Do I need to do anything else to have internet?
@fwynyk I moved your thread from DSL to cable, because your are using a cable connection.

there's probably no signal at the socket. How exactly did you connect it and is television via this antenna socket possible?

My plan is just for internet, there's no TV. I connected my modem using the adpater sent in the installation kit. The cable connections are ok.
If there's no signal, what should I do?
