Low upload speed [ENGLISH]

• Most of time upload speed is just 4 Mbit/s. Which is only 8% of tariff plan.It makes a lot of difficulties in my home office. Looks like too many people use the same cable, because once I manage to reach 34 Mbit/s. I've read a lot of similar stories on this forum. And solving issue took several monthes. So I'm claiming a discount 92% for this period. The router always shows cable speed connected↓ 1150 Mbit/s↑ 56,7 Mbit/s. Hovewer real speed is far from this numbers. • Problem persists since April, especially on weekdays from early morning until late evening

• Hotline don't speak English, so didn't help at all even by email. Personally I have tried to reboot, new expensive cable to connect router, for speedtests I used different devices connected directly to the router via LAN cable, ran internal router diagnostics, checked traffic stats, CPU and RAM in router

Hey melnikaite,

there is a load in the upload. I have recorded an order for you on this. The modulation with QAM8 is one effect of this.
You will also get a message at the end. Please be patient.
