Kabel internet is not working since 21-sep-20

Hi,

My internet has stopped working from 3 day, Router LEDs blink red and router restarts every 10-15 mins. Randomly internet will be working for 4-5 min and then again stops. There is no specific time when iternet is gone, yesterday whole day it was out. I have Red Internet & Phone Young 400 Cable connection.  I also tried reseting router by holding reset button for 20sec and also to factory reset from 198.168.0.1 but nothing works. 

Please someone can help me here to figure out whats wrong with my internet connection.
