Kabel Deutschland Internet connectivity

Good evening 

I've signed up to Kabel Deutschland recently, it is connected through the satalite connection. the Internet works intermittently, it will work for a few hours then show. "connected no Internet" I turn the router off and on again to restart and reconnect all my devices but same issue shows. becoming extremely frustrating as I need this to work from home and was assured when my partner set up the account there would be no issues. tried calling Hotline no help or resolution.
