Internet stopped working flashing @ symbol

Hi, having issues with my internet since last week. Had been working fine before for many months. I have tried resetting my router and also re plugging all wires in but I still get just a flashing @ symbol, the telephone is not lit and the bottom wireless symbol is solid. Can anyone assist?

Which modem / router do you use? Kabelbox

Do you use a loan device from us or do you have your own device? Loan

Which error occurs? Cannot connect to the internet at all

Which browser do you normally use? IE or Safari

Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows 10

Start and duration of the disturbance? Since Jan 1st
