Dear Vodafone Team,
I have recently noticed the Internet speed decrease (I have DSL 50). It is going on for two weeks but today it reached the lowest point - approx 1mb. I could barely load Vodafone forum website. Could someone look into my problem as it is hard to get support in English over the phone?

which tariff do you use?
Please do at least 3 Speedchecks and post the results here. Please do not post the ticket numbers, just the results.

- Tests during different days and daytimes
- No WIFI, always connect your PC/laptop via cable
- No parallel downloads, Streams or IPTV

Hi Jens,
I have DSL-50.
I have tested the speed over the past week several times in the morning/evening and it seems that the problem is solved. The average download speed is 25 Mbps, and the average upload speed is 8 Mbps. I tested it using my wifi connection due the the fact that I do not have any devices supporting Ethernet.
