My internet is not working.

The red light is flashing for a day.

In which state do you live? Please also send the zip code: Berlin (10243) 
Which contract do you have? (eg internet + telephone 100)):  Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable  
Which modem / router do you use? (eg Hitron): Vodafone Station TG3442DE   
Do you use a loaner device from us or do you have your own device ? : Vodafone device    
What is the error ? (Speed ​​too low; packet loss) Send screenshots of speed tests (with date and time) and tracerts / ping plotter measurements in the event of packet loss or ping problems: No internet red light is flashing for the internet.     
How is your terminal connected to the modem? ( LAN; WLAN; additional router; PowerLAN ): Both LAN and WLAN.      
Which browser do you usually use? (eg Firefox): CHrome  
Which operating system do you have on your computer? (eg Windows): WIndows and IOS both  
Start and period of the disturbance  (eg since the beginning of April; only in the evening): Internet has been extremely slow since the starting of April 2021 but since few days the internet just stops working for 2-3 hours.    
Upload a screenshot of the signal values . You can find this in the user interface of your cable router via  192.168.0.1 or via 192.168.178.1 on the Fritzbox.       
Which measures were carried out by the fault hotline (available at 0800-5266625)?

Hello Srish,

 

we already have your data from an older thread. Your modem is online right now, but some signals are out of range. Please try a different coaxial cable as a first step.

Okay, yes today it started working again but it's been really annoying to go through this every day for the past 3-4 days. Yesterday was the longest no internet day but thank you we will do the needful.

 

Also, very importantly, could you please check the speed of our internet, it doesn't let us have smooth video calling and even surfing at times and that's quite frustrating when you are working from home. It's causing quite a lot of problems with the speed as well it would be great if you check and fix this problem.

Hello Srish,

 

please make a speedtest via ethernet and send it with the time stamp so I can have a look at the connection. It would be best if you replace the coaxial cable first.

Okay, once we change the cable we will do the speed test and send it with the time stamp to you.
