Internet not working.

Hello. as discussed on many of the forums here i'm having trouble getting assistance in English. 

I've been in touch with fritz box already and the issue certainly is not with the box, i've connected and reconnected all the cables and although the wireless intenet profile still shows up and has full bars no matter what, I can't get any internet. 

I'm guessing this is an issue with the data cable that is coming into the fritz box, i've also spoke with my neighbor who is also with vodaphone and they are having issues as well. 

any assistance you can give me would be very very appreciated

hey tobias, thanks for getting back in touch. we've managed to get it sorted. turns out the whole building was out of internet so someone was round earlier today to fix it. hopefully thats it sorted now, if not i'll be sure to drop you a message.

yes, the power/cable light on the fritz box continuously flashes.
