Internet not working

My broadband connection stopped working this morning. I tried calling the help line. My German is not so good. I tried to tell the technician the problem but I am not sure he understood. How do I register a complaint so that the Internet is back on line?

is your Internet working now? What router do you use and in which federal state do you live?
