Internet not working

Internet is very slow. Download speed it below 1MBps. Some times it doesnt even load. Need you assistance to resolve the issue. 

I do not speak German so couldnt get help via customer care service. Kindly help

Hi 

I use DSL connection and the tarriff is 100 MBps. But I never get such, I always get maximum of 15 mbps and since last 2 weeks its below 1 MBps 

Kindly help
