Hello,
From last 3-4 days internet is not working, after evey 5 mins internet goes off for 6 hours. I tried doing the reset and everything. Model is SAGEMCOM FAST 4560.

please be careful with writing personal data readable for the whole world
The modem is not available. Please check the connection of the wires to the socket in the wall an the modem. Are there any lights glowing on the modem?

Hello,
Yes cables are connected to the modem and the 1st light (ON OFF) is continuously ON. Rest all the lights are OFF.
I did not reset everything, but nothing works.
Is it possible to send a technician with new router.

Technician wanted to access he basement but we did't have the keys. Now we got the keys as our landlord is back.
Can you please help us to arrange a new appoitmnet as the previous appoitment is closed now.
