Internet not working for 7 days

Hello there
I am trying to reach vodafone with english support as my internet is not workign since 7 days. I am not able to get any suuport.

welcome to the Vodafone Community!

 

I'm sorry that you can not use your DSL connection.

 

I assume that you already checked all cables and restarted the modem.

 

I will have a look into this and will open a trouble ticket if needed.

1. I have called several times to vodafone support , only once i got someone who speaks english 

2. I have reset my router and did all the steps to connet it back (MIC number and all)

3. I think there is a problem with myline  the telephone lines, 

4. I think i would have to get a technician to check my line (the main phone jack)

5. after one of the tenants left our building , it started happening. I guess they played with it

 

If you can call , or any one call , i can explain in detail.
