Internet not working after house shifting

Hi,
We have shifted our house and shifted the connection. The connections was working for 10 minutes and after that DSL is not working.
I have tried contacting customer care service for English support but could not get through.
Please provide me pointers

Do I understand correctly that you have moved and the DSL connection is no longer working at your new place? Was there a technician with you on the day of the changeover?
