Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich bitte Sie um Hilfe. Seid zwei Wochen, ist meine Internetverbindung jeden Abend sehr schlecht bzw. deutlich langsamer als Nachmittags, cca. 50% langsamer (PING: 100ms+) . In online Spielen habe ich dadurch auch einen sehr hohen Ping. Das Problem faengt meistens gegen 18:00 Uhr an. Ich habe schon versucht das Modem zu reseten und das Netzwerkkabel direkt in den PC zu stecken. Dies hat leider nicht geholfen. Ich waere ueber jegliche Hilfe dankbar.

Hi is there somebody who can look on my problem?. I already call to hot line and they said everything is ok. But my problem is konstant, every night i have slow internet connection and really big ping. I play online games and that ping is big problem. Internet is not cheap so i will be really happy that my connection was all richt. After all i must pay for it. I have this problem 3 monts. Is there any central disorder? 3 moths back everything was fine. I need some information why is this happening.

Hi, is there any option how i can cancel my contract whit vodafone? I dont want to wait until 2020 internet which does not work every night is pointless . Or is there any solution how make my connection better? Like switch do DLS from kabel? Or something ?

I don't think you need to wait until 2020...
do you have another device connected to our router? What kind of network card is installed in your computer?
I can't find anything wrong in your connection area.

Hi, i have just laptop and mobile phone conect to my router and if i disconnect every devices it solved nothig. I have gigabite ethernet network card. I dont think there is some issues with my router or computer. There must be somthing wrong on Vodafone side. Like i said i have this issues just from 18:00 until 23-24:00 +- 1 hour. So this problem is in evening peak. I read many post here on forum and i see there is some central problem with bandwidth?? But i dont know if this issue affect my area. And i try reinstal my network driver, reset router into factory setings, change every kabel but nothing help.
