Internet keeps dropping

This is in regards to my Kabel internet. Which is connected to my PC via ethernet cable.

Starting last night my modem/router combo started turning on and off. It will connect to the internet for about 5 to 10 minutes then turn off and the modem restarts and it keeps doing this. I tried a reboot and that didnt work. I tried unplugging for 2 to 5 minutes and that didnt work. I even did a factory reset and that didnt solve the issue. 

I noticed when I get into the box settings that I have A LOT of uncorrectables in a couple channels. 

Please help. I seem to have internet issues every 2 to 3 months and they are always different issues.

the technician came out and just checked the house box in my celler. Im still havbing horrible internet. tonight im sitting at 1.87 down and 6.9 up. when can i expect this to be fixed?

the signal is good now. Do you make the speedtests with WiFi?

No, all my tests are hardline via ethernet cable. the only devices in my house using wifi are my handys.

My connection drops to about 1 to 4 MBps download and 20ish upload at around 1900
