Last month the internet connection is very unstable.
Ping in online games goes very high periodically.
Dropping connection, so I have to reboot the router.
How can this be fixed?

Hello Fred,
This weekend there were disconnects on all devices. Just internet in general was disconnecting periodically for minute or two. Was impossible to even watch videos or do some work.
Was there some problem on vodafone side this weekend?

it is possible that your device has not been connected to the power supply for a long time. I cannot read any data from the device.

I had one more router. I use it now to connect.
Main device can't connect at all. It shows good in adminpanel for modem status. But no internet at all via LAN or WLAN.
Another one at least connects sometimes.
This is the old one's data:
MODEL: CH7466CE
P/N: ***
S/N: ***
HFC MAC ID:***
And here are another one's data:
MODEL: CH7466CE
P/N: ***
S/N: ***
HFC MAC ID: ***
Now the second one is connected.
But I can also connect the first one.
But disconnects happen to second one too. First one stopped connecting at all. Even it shows that Modem status is good.

Judging from the data of the modem and the net I guess there is a problem at your access. Did you try a different coaxial cable lately to check if that might reduce the disconnects? If that doesn't help I'd like to send a technician. May I give him the number that ends on ***024 so he can call you for the appointment? Can you grant him access to the house installation?

Hello,
Today master has come.
Nothing changed. The same issues with game connection drops and today at 18:51 internet connection just disappeared. No ethernet, no Wifi for 2-3 minutes.
Could you check the logs about it please?
