Internet is unstable

Last month the internet connection is very unstable.

Ping in online games goes very high periodically.

Dropping connection, so I have to reboot the router.

How can this be fixed?

I tried to switch the channels. Also tried 2.4GHz and 5GHz.

Unfortunately - no changes. 😞

can you please take the networkcable, which was delivered with your device and check if there are any issues? Maybe you can take your Laptop or computer to your router for testing.

The router ist online about 5 days and everything ist fine. No signal variability or anything else.

Hello again. Seems like that problem is solved. Via cable I don't see any problems. But now Another issue with game Apex Legends. I'm periodically getting network freezes. I ran PingPlotter.

As I couldn't attach it to this post, i posted it to the dropbox.

I don't have a Frtizbox. I think it's a Kabelrouter. The big black dual-band one.

Packet loss is a problem of a router or something else?

I now always use LAN (Ethernet) only.

And this problem happens to me in Apex Legends game and also in Overwatch.

Random internet lags lasting 10-15 seconds and causing disconnects.

Hello gaaarfild,

you can test if the packet losses disappear with another Lan cable or if necessary change your NIC once from 1000 MBit to 100 MBit. Maybe this will do something. Do you have the same problems with another PC/MAC via LAN?
