Internet gone in the afternoon

Hi,

since some days ago the Internet (Cable) fails every afternoon around 20. That's when I really need it to watch my series and the news. 

There is any known issue? If not I don't know what I am paying for...

the fault is known and our technicians are on it. Unfortunately I have no information how long it will take.
