I have chosen the vodafone package Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable. I received router, installed it as described in the instruction, but internet is not working. The red light is bliming on the router above the sign "Internet".
I found out that the router doesn't get an IP address, there is just 0.0.0.0.
I asked a colleague from my work to help me and call to the customer support. They said, that they sent some file to the router and it should start working in 24 hours. But after 24 hours it is still not working.
Could somebody help me with it? I don't want to be with out internet.
same here (24113 Kiel-Hassee- not only me)...this is for 6 (!!!) days now- and every day I get another answer when it will be fixed (( I need my payed Internet for my job (and TV and Phone for me)! This is such a non-service!! I could accept that there happens something what needs time to fix- BUT DON'T LIE TO US!
