Does the problem still exist?
Which router/modem do you use?
What is the logfile saying?
Did you tried a full factory reset?

-Yes it still exists. On an average thrice per hour I have to restart the modem.
Which router / modem do you use?
-The modem name is Sagemcom (Model FAST 5460)
What is the logfile saying?
-Automatically the internet connections will loose. Then one of the light (from 4 light) goes off, once I restart the modem, the connection will be up.
Did you try a full factory reset?
-Till now I didn’t do that. I have a doubt whether the log in password will be changed.
