Hi. I have had serious connection problems for about two weeks. I did several tests. I replaced the coaxial cable and ethernet cable. I reset the modem. I switched off all connected devices and did several tests with only a single computer connected to the modem with a LAN cable. Unfortunately, nothing has solved the problem. Downstream seems fine, at least on Vodafone speed test web page, although I cannot reach downlink speeds as before. However, upstream performance is exremely degraded. Even my audio calls are getting disrupted. I am using the Vodafone TG3442DE modem. I have attached one of the speed test results.
Can someone help me with these please?
