Hello,
since morning I don't have internet. The Easybox 805 seems working well (power and WLAN LEDS are green), but Internet LED is red. I tried to restart, it didn't work. I tried to reset to manufacturer settings, the process progressed well but when I tried to activate the changes, it said that there is no internet connection and asked me to connect the DSL cable, which was already connected. I tried even to change DSL cable, but again the same problem appeared. So, it seems that the problem is either my DSL connection at home or the DSL port in the EasyBox 805 router, which I doubt because it is new (since May 2021).
What else can I try to fix the issue?
Can you please help me?

we'll i'm happy that everything is working again 🙂
But since i did not recieve a private message with any customerinfo , i don't know which customeraccount we are talking about.
If the router is back online , the ticket will get closed automaticlly.

I'm sorry to hear that your landline is not working properly.
This sounds like the router does not get a proper dsl signal.
In this case a technician needs to have a closer look into this.
Is everything working again?
If not feel free to send me a private message.

Dear Andre,
yesterday the internet LED started blinking and after a while the connection was back and I managed to reconfigure the router. So, now everything works well.
I think that we can close the ticket.
