Internet connection keeps dropping off

Hello,

Sorry , my german is not good

I live in Berlin, 12167 and my plan is Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable with WLAN-Kabelrouter.

In the recent days, I am having an very unstable internet connection with my connection dropping every few minutes.

I work from home and it is affecting my work seriously. I am not even able to have a skype meeting because the connection keeps dropping every few minutes.

The router shows everything is normal when the internet disconnects ( no red light). I have tried writing a script and check the connection every 30 secs and i get this problem approximately every 5 minutes.

I tried contacting customer service, unfortunately all the services are in german. Any supprt would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
