Hello,
My internet connection is currently 2 months. Earlier down time was only 10-15 mins, but not downtime is 7-8 hours daily. I wrote the account from the vodafone customer account twice but I did not get any response.
I am using Kablel Germany internet connection.
My customer id is xxx
Router: compal
I tried doing reset and all other trouble shooting already.
Please help me to resolve this issue asap.

sorry for that late reply, we got a problem with our forumsoftware, thats the reason i reply that late 😉 I would like to send you an technician because there is something faulty on your site. I arranged already a technician, he will contact you soon to fix that problem.
