Internet and phone is not working

Internet and phone is not working. I’ve restarted the modem several times. It is absolutely critical to get internet back on in order to continue with my work/business. Please see if you can kindly help.

How long has the Internet been down? Is there any light on the router?

Is it a new connection or did it work before?
