Hello,
I have been using the Internet & Phone 100 kabel for a month now and suddenly yesterday it stopped working. The internet led is blinking red. the router led is white and wifi led too.
Also I don't quite understand the invoice and how much I need to pay for this month. Thank you in advance for your answer.

The ticket is now closed but it's still not working. Your colleagues said that it'll work again by yerterday afternoon but it didn't. What is the problem exactly and when will it be solved please ? Thank you for your help.
