I'm using DSL at my home. My connection is 100 Mbit/s and I am paying for this. But I am having 9-10 Mbit/s speed. This started to be annoying, especially in these moments. Because I am working from home and when I and my wife connected to the internet at same time, me or her having problems with the connection. I need you to fix it up immediately.

 

And another big problem, when I call your customer service, no one can speak English! This is so stupid. And I am considering to change my internet provider as soon as possible.

most agents on the hotline should be able to handle a call in english.

There is no dedicated dsl hotline though 😞
