Hello,
I made on post on the 14 of August about the same topic. I was told a technican was ordered and one would contact me, this never happened. My internet is still out and it is going on a complete outage for 3 days now.
All of the lights on the modem turn on except the @ and then it reboots and does the same thing nonstop. The person who lives next to me got a new modem and this dod not fix the problem.

somehow your last thread got archived. My colleague Marco wanted to send you a technician, but the task was closed as the automatic system found a bigger outage that concerns several modems. The field colleagues already try to find the source for that, so I made a new task for you and activated the mail info, so you will receive a message when the technician finishes the task.

I am trying to figure out my next step. I have been attempting to get my Cable 100 fixed for a few months and have had no progress. I had two tickets opened both were closed without contacting me, fixing the problem, and their solutions did not make any rational sense. My problem is almost every day for the past 4 months my Cable Internet connections goes out at around 1500 and will stay down until after midnight. I want to know at want point is Vodafone not meeting their required service community and am I able to request an early termination of service for Vodafone not meeting their contractual commitment. Any assistance that you can provide with that would be greatly appreciated

I can imagine this is a very annoying situation. As you figured, the task was closed as the modems went back online. As there is a new task I would like to start one last try. If it will be closed tomorrow we will find a different solution.
