Internet LED flashes Red

Hi, I got a new Kabelbox, I have tried setting up the router as instructed, but the internet LED keeps flashing red. All the other LEDs are white.

The internet LED has been flashing overnight. 

The DOC SIS is offline. 

Anybody have any solution,please let me know
