Internet DSL disconnects frequently

Hello Vodafone!!

I have been recently experiencing frequent internet (DSL) problem. More often the internet gets disconnected. I have 100mbps connection.  I did multiple speed tests online and it came as following:

Download speed: varies between 55-80mbps

Upload speed: 3.5 - 5.5 mbps

Ping: 20ms

A ping test for google.co.de shows delayed ping time although no packet loss:

Are these number reasonable for 100 mbps connection? I tried restarting the DSL box multiple times however there is no effect.

How do I ensure that Vodafone is giving me what it has promised for a 100 mbps connection? I have used  100mbps connection before in a different country and it does not feel like a 100mbps connection at all here in Vodafone, Germany.

Why is there so frequent disruption in the service? It's really annoying!

Regards,

Goutam

Hi Goutam,

the modem often changes the frequence. I'd like to send a technician, so please send a valid mobile number via PN.

Kind regards
Marco
